It’s heartbreaking and inspiring all at once to think about those kids commuting in such harsh conditions. I can't imagine the resilience it takes to study at that altitude. I hope they have everything they need to succeed despite being so isolated.

I can’t even imagine the logistics of running a school at 4,500m! The views are stunning, but as a parent, I’m thinking about the cost of heating those classrooms and getting supplies up that mountain. It must be so expensive to maintain, but what an incredible environment for the kids to learn in.

Spot on, June. I can't even imagine trying to focus on homework with views like that distracting me!

You're right about the peace, June. Back in my day, we didn't have fancy videos, but we had that same quiet focus in our own classrooms.
