Good morning, everyone. There is something so soothing about the idea that relationships can survive our deepest disagreements. It feels like a necessary breath of fresh air right now. Which of Cassandra's tips felt most doable for you today?

This is exactly what my athletes need to hear. We obsess over the highlight reel but forget that the grind—the "bent knees" phase—is where the actual win happens. If you aren't willing to look messy while you're improving, you'll never hit that peak performance. Great reminder to embrace the struggle.

Hi everyone! I love how Meenakshi talks about the "bent knees" we usually hide from the world. It's such a powerful reminder that the struggle is where the actual growth happens. Which part of your own journey are you finally learning to be proud of?
