Wow, I really love your videos! Please do more content on Alfa Romeo and especially Fiat models. You’re honestly one of the very few who actually make good videos about these cars.🤩🤩🤩😍🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻

Hello new owner.
The car has suffered from the dreaded... "Recently Waxoyled".
Hammerite Waxoyl is the devil. They've been getting aeway with it for 70 years now. People simply contnue to keep the business going by swearing by it. It is the reason I will avoid a used vehicle unless I factor in the work involved in removing it as a priority job.

The reason it's so bad is because it has no rust inhibitors in it. Well, not enough anyway.. That means that if you apply it over even a tiny bit of rust, when it dries to a wax, it seals in the rust which can be worse than not applying anything at all, as it seals IN the moisture. The result is exactly what you see here. The rust underneath the Waxoyl is causing the metal to appear to flake off in chunks.

"Won't Flake or Peel" it says on the tin. Horseshit.

Soluiton: If simply the best is required you need the stuff they keep passenger aitrcraft in the air with. I am no longer recommending this now as it's started going up in price since I began mentioning it and it's already £60 per 400ml aerosol.

But Bilt Hamber is a good retail substitute, so check out the 'acid' (it's not really. I use the real deal - hydrochloric 94% concentrate) r

not as rare as my 1990 Fiat Tipo 1.4 DGT.

Hi!..Awesome and Amazing car, but...Sorry, if for you this Fiat Coupé 20V Turbo Limited Edition is in fairly good condition, then honestly I don’t know what to say!...
I would say that it is actually in quite bad condition!
The underbody is almost completely rotten, Marco, and it has been redone COMPLETELY, and also very badly!!
Underneath, in every part, there is rust everywhere, and some parts even need to be completely rebuilt!!
This car is rotten!!!
The interior is good, but the mechanics, the underbody, and some parts of the chassis, including the shock absorbers and more, are completely ROTTEN!!!
It can be repaired, yes, but it would require a mountain of money!!
I don’t know if it’s worth it!
In the condition it is in now, it is worth almost nothing!
Best regards.

This car needs to go into the Haynes museum red car collection.
@
Nice although that red interior is not to my taste. I dread to think how hard it is to replace the rack on that.
@
I'd say them sills are pretty rotten, I'd like to see how they'd stand up to a proper mot testers beating stick.
@
Nice looking and sounding car, that. Unfortunately it's not ULEZ compliant, or I'd go for it.

Interior stood up Well. Usually driver seat bolsters etc ; suffer badly. Usual gremlins underneath, but no where as bad as some .
@
Always had a soft spot for the Coupe but I'm a GTV guy.
All the best with the raffle.

Love a Coupe FIAT…….one of the most exciting cars I’ve driven (it was a 5-pot Turbo). Definitely a modern classic.
