This is absolutely valuable. Thank you very much

The first seconds literally happened to me lol

You have to be a bad person to ghost someone if they reach out to you. Like other moral infractions they have sociological and psychological reasons but it's definitely bad.

Just be yourself to avoid being ghosted.

This explains so much. Has anyone actually tried the science-backed steps here? Did it work for you?

Fascinating video, thanks for sharing.

I think we've all experienced the ‘closure gap’, what replaces the response is generally a negative narrative. It's something I've said, done, a deficiency. We've had this many times in our professional lives too (we are two dads turned coaches), unfortunately people can often hide behind digital platforms as you say.

I think your advice is great from personal experience. Invest in reality and try and put distractions down (literally!). Even for a while.. we find journaling and meditation really helps if it has made you anxious.

Raise your standards—not your effort

I really appreciate you work sir..
I wanted an update on your new course series if there's any

Thank you very much ❤❤❤

using clips from movies with picture perfect actors and actress makes the whole thing worse because the viewer will subconsciously compare
@
Thank you, this helped me quite a bit.

Avoidant closure behavior signals a low capacity for conflict management, which is a lethal vulnerability in leadership. I've seen this exact pattern undermine major deal negotiations simply by deferring hard decisions.

You can't be ghosted... if they're THE ghost...

You healed me bro 😭😭💪

1:11 - Social rejection pain is mostly ineffective for introverts, but it becomes effective if they've given a lot of time and energy to someone they love.

But when it hurts, oh..... That lady is into the permanent deletion list of the introvert. And all they get is reverse-ghosting back at their asses

Ghosting hurts because your brain treats it like injury, not “drama.”
The closure gap + reward prediction error is basically a psychological trap: your mind keeps pulling the lever trying to get the dopamine back.

The real flex is this: stop chasing closure from a person who disappeared and start building closure inside your own nervous system.
Breathe. Don’t double-text. Write it out. Reconnect with real people.

Ghosting doesn’t prove you’re unworthy.
It proves they avoid discomfort.

I talk about these stuff in my channel, but not in conformity

If you are being ghosted just stop trying to reach out to them. If you cannot resist just delete or archive their chat. It is simple.
