I always stop and listen when Ryan Dunlap speaks and this was no different. I love how he interweaves personal relationships within a professional topic. It helps to humanize us in all things.

This should be taught at school, and become a part of mandatory school curriculum

This is perfect timing! I’m preparing for a difficult conversation with my siblings on how to support our mother, after the recent loss of her husband. She’s 74 years old with health issues and now she lives alone.

I selected this video out of initial disagreement; I figured that conflict could, at times, be a source of navigation. This was eye-opening. Capacity assessment is just as important.

I have only met this man in the last year and he has already taught me so much about conflict and self-manegement. Bravo Ryan!🎉🎉
