This is devastating. It feels like we keep seeing these same patterns regardless of the country. We really need a standardized, international protocol for restraint that prioritizes breathing and immediate medical intervention over control. When "pleading for help" is ignored, the system has fundamentally failed.

Accountability usually arrives about ten years too late, Theo. I wouldn't hold my breath.

This is absolutely gut-wrenching. Seeing someone plead for help only for it to be ignored is a total failure of the system. We can't just let these tragedies become a pattern. Do you think there will actually be any real accountability here, or is this just more of the same?
