When a bully kills indiscriminately for no logical reason, why does the bully feel the need for retaliation when they get attacked? Is there no self awareness or discipline when it comes to presidential power?

That was some hell of a missile strike. It was launched from deep Iranian soil. Flew over Iraq. Then hit its target with pinpoint accuracy . Deep in Jordanian territory
