Patriot interceptors aren’t available because they’re produced in such small numbers, only 2 per day. I don’t see why Zelensky keeps asking, and I don’t understand how the media thinks Ukraine can manufacture them.
I don’t understand Ukraine’s military strategy. They knew that by escalating attacks on oil refineries deep inside Russia will be met with very aggressive ballistic missile response. Yet they did it anyway despite the shortage of the patriot systems. I don’t see how it is anyone’s problem but Ukraine’s.
What the news did not mention was that Ukraine intercepted zero ballistic missiles. Ukraine simply ran out of the particular type of missiles needed to intercept the ballistic missiles. Even against regular drones Ukraine is struggling
