Nouriel Roubini, CEO of Roubini Macro Associates, says even if you raise the retirement age, a large part of the population will be replaced by AI and robots at their jobs in the next 20 or 25 years.
Roubini is as clueless as the rest. He couldn't ever have personally used AI. We know the truth. AI can’t “do” maths, it doesn’t store “knowledge", it can't verify its own results, it has no logic or deduction capability, it’s not trusted in law or medicine, it’s only right 50% of the time, and it can hallucinate. It's the biggest scam ever. The crooked AI companies and their clueless fanboys and influencers will disappear. Hooray !
It’s definitely a sobering perspective, but I like to think this will push us toward more creative and human-centric roles that we haven't even imagined yet! If the routine stuff is handled, maybe we'll finally have the time to focus on what really matters. Does anyone else feel like this could actually lead to a better work-life balance in the long run?
