I was breathing for Lex..if you havent grapple.. the feeling you get when you tired and limp with heavy body on you is unreal

unless you roll yourself I don't think people will really understand how ridiculously easy Khabib made this look, everything from his positioning, technique, strength, cardio and endurance all of it is at a standard an all time great has. This training session was a prefect example of "there's levels to this shit". Great video Lex

Lex seriously bro… you actually did really amazing in many aspects. It’s obvious Khabib is a pro so there will be levels but your cardio and heart to not give up was phenomenal. Your fitness level must really good to handle the pressure with Khabib weight for that long. I can see many would’ve given up a lot earlier. Hats off bro 👊
