I don’t like dynasties in politics.

What a shitty joke most of the governments of the world are - especially in the West.

Sick to death of all the criminals running things.

Unfortunately for both of them, that's not how it works. She will have to campaign for the office if she wants to stay in it. Donald Trump is not the King-yet. We still have some shred of Democracy left.

BS again and again and again

Excellent choice

Darline's candidacy, campaign, and victory would be fitting tribute to her brother, who served 33 years in the US military, before serving in Congress. May God rest his soul.

Australia is much different than every other nation in the world especially the USA. Australia is the only nation that came into existence much the same way as the Roman Empire, the Roman Empire came into existence with the use of barbarians to subjugate and hold power over the citizens and Australia came into existence with the use of convicts it was these classes that were key in the development and shaping in both nations, now Albanese isn't happy with the way things are just like the Bolsheviks were always opposite to the norm and using islamists to subjugate the people and to keep his hold on power, his latest dodgy islamophobia report exposes him, his latest budget exposes him, welcome to country exposes him.
The Romen Empire was a Republic once.
"The Republic featured a system of checks and balances, with power shared among the Senate, consuls, and popular assemblies, designed to prevent the rise of a single ruler."
Albanese is trying to make Australia like the Roman Empire where he is a dictator like Julius Ceaser and it's unacceptable, look at the latest budget he threw the checks and balances in the garbage bin, he failed to take it to an election and rammed it through pa

Who Voted For Lindsey's Sister?
It's Not A Monarchy
@
Where is Moira?
@
When did positions in government become a gift handed to the next family member. Sounds awfully like the monarchy not government.
@
This must be a joke
@
I know this is a different story, but good news for the UK now no more digital ID yippee it’s been scrapped

I'm surprised. I don't know anything about this woman except that she is the late Senator's sister. My ASSumption was that she was picked to h old the fort while "serious" candidates prepared for an election. With Trump's support, she will outscore any other Republican.

On the whole, I trust Trump's instincts so I'll sit back and watch.
@
Keep in mind that the governor of Illinois was putting obamas senate seat up to the highest bidder
@
The No Kings Day protests clearly failed
@
She wasn't elected she was selected, I'm not for it.

It definitely feels like a gamble, Theo. I worry whether prioritizing family ties over a proven track record will actually serve the people of South Carolina in the long run.

That's a bold move by Trump to keep it in the family. Switching players mid-game can either secure the lead or shake things up completely. Do you think Darline has the right strategy to hold onto that seat, or is this a risky play?
