...if taco hadn't ripped up the obama nuclear agreement out of jealousy / spite...the focus could / would be on the 2.5 million epstein files he's withholding and unredacting the rest.
America needs to wake up before the convicted felon they put into the oval office with a Fox News host as the US secretary of defence sacrifices more Americans.....✝️
The strait was open free and safe for several thousands of years!!! Netanyahu started an illegal war with Iran while puppet Trump followed his boss and on day 1 usaisrael targeted 2 Iranian schools killing over 180 school girls with their teachers!!! Usa massive 7 night consecutive nights bombing hitting bridges ports nuclear sites power plant and civilian buildings infrastructures killing over 50 majority civilians but Iranian retaliation coming immediately now Iran is hitting usa bases infrastructures harder than ever !! Even Iran is targeting hotels where usa troops using as houses due to several usa bases out of use in ruins!! Trump says he is pausing planned strikes on Iran for 2 weeks if Iran reopens the strait of Hormuz!! Trump said the usa is controlling the strait it is under usa control!!! Trump said Iranians called me to make a deal!! Iran to trump = you liar we never called a clown!!!

in order t win against the irgc it would be better to find a way to make their woman vote instead of bombing them. woman vote are far more potent weapon compared to anything conventional
The aim of the game was never peace in Middle east, it was always about Iran not having a nuke. Achieved. Iran knows this and now wants to control oil prices as a plan 'B'.
Back in February the Iranians warned that if they were attacked again by the US regime they would retaliate against US bases in the region and close the Strait of Hormuz.
The US regime attacked them again, Iran responded as advertised ..... who wudda thunk it.
Trump could have just tried to stick to an agreement for a change (if his boss would comply as well), still pretend this was about nuclear weapons and declare a biggly win with the MoU as the start of a new deal and this would have been over.
Here's an interesting take on why the Iranian conflict has been dragging on, this is a report from an independent news site ... Iranian officials reportedly warned US Vice President JD Vance late last month that two officials leading the Trump administration’s diplomatic efforts in the Middle East—special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner—were trying to profit from their proximity to critical negotiations rather than working to secure a lasting peace agreement, it also cited an unnamed Iranian official, “Iran conveyed to Vance that the pair were more interested in exploiting insider knowledge of the negotiations to profit in financial markets than they were in reaching a deal.” The Iranian side also “expressed concern about repeated leaks from Kushner to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.” ... after all, when deal is on, oil prices go down, when deal is off oil prices go up ... Somone is making a lot of money, and I don't think it's the Iranians.
Trump has about one weeks supply of stand off munitions and then he will need another ceasefire.
I don't think Iran will play along this time.
America has withdrawn expensive assets back to Italy and Cyprus.
Israel is not involved in the war on Iran currently and its transport minister refused entry of American military refueler to Ben -gurion airport but was over ridden by Netenyahu.
Unlike Korea this cannot be a frozen conflict as long as Iran hold control of the Gulf.
In about a week Trump will look for a ceasefire and Iran will insist that Israel must leave Lebanon if they do not Iran will attack Israels two major cities and Demona their nuclear facility.
The only people who didn’t seem to know Iran would close the Strait of Hormuz work at the White House.

The stakes couldn't be higher here. Controlling that strait is like owning the center court in a championship game—whoever holds the line dictates the pace for everyone else. Bold moves from Trump, but in a high-stakes match like this, one wrong play leads to total chaos. Do we actually have a winning endgame strategy here, or are we just playing defense?

It’s frightening how a few narrow waterways can hold the whole world’s economy hostage. I always think of my grandfather talking about the old tensions in that region; some things never seem to change. I just hope there's a way to settle this without more innocent folks paying the price for political games. Hard to stay optimistic these days.

Hi everyone! It's heavy stuff, but Aidan Smith makes a great point about the humanitarian cost often being overlooked in these strategic moves. Do you think the risk to global shipping is being underestimated here? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!
