The U.S. embargo is not stopping other countries from helping Cuba. Get the communists out of government and back to the people, and the embargo will go away.

Poor choices. Very sad. Even as people go hungry, leaders feast. The island riddled with Chinese outposts Russian military spies and there is zero future in Cuba everyone with any means would do everything possible to leave if given freedom from their imprisoned island.

Cuban gov officials own a company called GAESA. It's worth 18 billion dollars, 14 of which is liquid. They are the people responsible for this and they can come and go as they please. They could have ended this a long time ago but they've treated Cuba as their personal cash cow regardless of how many people die, and that way they can keep the narrative that Cuba is being oppressed by the US. This is nothing new. The only reason why we're hearing about a crisis now is because these conditions have finally hit Havana, where foreign diplomats, foreign press, and tourists usually stay. The truth is that the rest of the island has lived some version of this since the 1970s and those same foreign diplomats, foreign press, and tourists, never cared before.

Refreshing to see the cuban people are openly calling out their trash government and leaders

I have friends that lives in the city of Matanzas. The transformer broke and the whole sector is without electricity fom the last 3 weeks. No parts available because of the sanctions on France where the parts are originally from.

Castros gang been robbing all the money from the island since 1959. Lot of corruption among the communist gangs created by castros.

Correction, the Cuban government is still arresting people who complain in public about being hungry.

In Eritrea we are used to electric stoppage that last sometimes for more than a week. Government closes Tap water for more than 3 months and opens it for 3 days and closes it for another 3months or more. I feel the pain. I hope tomorrow will be better. Thats all what we can say.
