What about the people who didn't loose anything.. are they helping by giving water & food. Maybe someone has a storage building and can set it up for many people to have a roof over their heads
Why does not any government think of charter a big cruiseschip and park it in the harbor from La Guirra it has all facilities and the affected people are still near their loved ones
