Upgrades?! The US needs to upgrade from this clown. America.... it's ok to disagree with the majority worldwide as we can't force you to be right....but...when you have the majority... against something....that speaks volumes. BallShat . . . Soon, this poor, bedraggled and much maligned 747 is to be 'maxed' out with infinite upgrades, apparently. Being an ex-A380 designer, we were always cautioned about excess weight spoiling the aircraft. Sadly, this otherwise excellent Air Force One will be fed endless though fortifying BS 'til she can no longer fly, boo-hoo. I already suspect this brownstuff will be heavier than trmp air, but we engineers and them accountants are bracing for a total unworthiness never seen before . . .
Yet another episode of the shameful saga that has seen the inoperativity of the USAF, the ineptitude of Boeing, the greed of every contractor involved, the corruption and conduct unbecoming of a president squeezing a king of a small dictatorship for one of his leftovers and the failure of the 400 million re-conversion that put the president of the USA at risk with unimaginable potential consequences for the peace of the world.
So during the unveiling, it was supposed to be the best but now after making a few more foreign enemies while at war, he agrees with his military advisers as well as everyone else that it’s unsafe. The actual presidential plane was built from the ground up with ALL security features not added on. A very thorough process. This is a waste of money as they’ll have to tear apart the Qatar jet in order to retrofit security upgrades on it. Still won’t be as good as the actual Air Force one.
Trump spends at least 400 million taxpayer dollars on his jet that needs a couple more hundred million in upgrades. The MAGA crowd eats it up although they can't afford groceries, gas, healthcare.
Why doesn’t he just fly that lapse of judgment into a mountain and end this bad joke! He is actually the bad joke! The airplane is simply a physical manifestation of Trump’s limited thinking capacity, à classic case of a tail wagging the dog!
