Congrats to you and team AI for Peace. Now if only more people like myself would become actively involved and perhaps choose to work on behalf of and directly with AI for Peace! :-) ☮

There is an interesting peacebuilding strategy called "Peace Mainstreaming" (Franz Jedlicka) and it can not pursued with AI, because it starts with a nonviolent upbringing of children ..

The comments about Vera Hart’s archetype quiz are making me more curious than the quiz itself. Half of you feel personally attacked and the other half feel understood. What is happening 😭

all war is crime..... get your facts right, and try again.

Please, stop using term AI and use real tech's name: cloud LLM. Cloud LLM is a disaster for environnement, for economy, for energy, for employments,... and LLM give unpredictable wrong answer. And LLM is the worst solution in most cases: there is quite always a better existing solution!

AI written by gatekeepers equals bias results.
@
Wait till you see how good it is at committing and obfuscating War crimes.
@
Uncover, recreate, fabricate, you name it..

Using Ai to identify war crimes is great, but if we're not capable of actually holding these people to account for their actions, then what is the point?

I recently heard the phrase: "The Geneva Suggestion".

And that kind of says it all... rules are being deliberately ignored and circumvented by both sides in modern conflicts with little to no repercussions.

AI is not replace the jobs, whoever knows the AI they replace the jobs

Technology scales human intention. If our intentions are driven by fear, AI amplifies fear. If they're driven by justice, accountability and compassion, it can amplify those too. That's a responsibility none of us can outsource

What a challenging talk about elegant future-proof architectures and robust solutions for "hybrid peace" in our world full of complex, sophisticated and smart-looking "quantum-nano-bio-cyber-physical systems of systems," which are basically designed for the dominant "hybrid warfare."
@
Can we use AI to identify activists that aren't peaceful? The ones that aren't holding up signs, but that are blocking public roadways, throwing rocks at law enforcement, vandalizing, destroying law enforcement vehicles, committing arson, looting, destroying public and private property, assaulting others, etc...etc..? If so, that would be a win for Americans.

I'm all for peaceful protesting - standing in a park with signs and chanting or singing, but not for violent and destructive criminals.

Excited..... Ai using dimensions and strategies not easily viewed by a human could be a gamechanger in international rules based order. Perhaps we could solve the Global north south divide with a few ai oriented decision making in a matter of days.
