Iran is not capable of returning to a full-on war. The Persians will not fight with the IRGC the Persians want the country back there's more of them than the IRGC regime.

Compared to the first phase which relied heavily on cruise missiles, most of the recent US attacks were performed with guided glide bombs. These are far far cheaper weapons. This stage of the war will be drawn out and bloody now that Iran's defenses are fairly degraded. The attacks focusing on bridges in the south are telegraphing a seizure of coastal areas by US amphibious forces. The IRGC would have difficulty reinforcing the area by road or rail. Whether anything telegraphed comes to pass or is a negotiating tactic is anybody's guess.
The problem is Trump still sends his brother in law Kushner and Steve Witkoff, both real estate deal makers. Neither has any credibility. Why should Iran take them seriously. The only thing Trump knows is big, beautiful bombs and missiles. It hasn’t worked.
All these welfare payments and military excursions for Israel is unsustainable. Israel needs to stand on its own.
