The MOU agreed the control of the Straits to be by Iran and Oman, the ships broke that agreement with the encouragement of the US to create consent to break the Ceasefire. The US broke the MOU, the US never returned the $B’s agreed in the MOU. Israel never stopped bombing Lebanon which was part of the MOU. Iran has a right to control it’s territorial waters and extract reparations for the illegal war.
