I hear the leaders of democracy and that Russia is an autocracy!! The Ukraine leader has evaded elections, he lacks the legitimacy to sign a long lasting peace agreement. Now the so called leaders of democracy are saying he wants to embark on rebuilding his country. Can a leader of destruction re-build? Will he never face an election? Ukrainians seeking peace should take up the mandate and seek legitimate lasting peace.
