This is already an incredibly high tax region and low earners have no ability to offset income or even reduce critical expenses buy paying annually and buying in bulk. Raising taxes on the lower earners is attempting to draw blood from a stone.

I almost bought 20,000 dollars' worth of SpaceX stock at the IPO price of $135.00 a share. Now it's at $123.99 a share. Thank God I chickened out.
