It is the national media who hypes the Cowboys, and then when they don't win then all the Cowboy haters blame Cowboy fans. You can see the hype from the national media for this season already. If you notice, it is the national media, and not Cowboy fans.

I’m still concerned with the back end of the defense, the secondary and do they have enough for consistent pass, rush I still don’t believe so on offensive wise they’re a top five to team, but they need in my opinion to run the ball and do play action pass
We did good during the off-season especially the NFL draft adding pieces. I think this team is good enough to win the NFC division this year. This team is enough to make a championship run. Who cares what these cowboy haters stay up in here you know I’m saying, yes, we do say that every year because we didn’t have the right coaches and Jerry Jones to know what he was doing and you’re trying to let these new coaches in his new staff around do what they gotta do especially hiring Christian Parker that’s a defense coordinator which I think he’s gonna do a good job you know
I would never pick Cowboys to even go to a Super Bowl with Prescott as a quarterback, he has never played great against top defenses and his entire career he averages two interceptions in those games, with getting blown out .in the playoffs you’re gonna go up against a defense like that. Of course, narrators never show those games when they talk Super Bowl with him .That’s the reason why Prescott would never ever win a Super Bowl.
