I'm a student trying to figure out my career path, so this is super relevant. I always thought the tech team handled everything, but the idea of subject matter experts being the actual catalysts is interesting. How does that transition usually work in practice? Do the experts have to learn the coding side, or is it more about guiding the AI's logic?
