What went wrong for Tuchel was deciding it was a great idea to sit back and invite pressure and allow Messi time and space on the ball. We were suffocating Argentina and we deservedly scored, we should’ve put the game to bed but Tuchel decided to copy Southgate and that’s what lost us the game.
Tuchel failed miserably at my club, Bayern. It was clear during his tenure that he was far too defensive and killed our press, dropped us ten yards deeper and played in a way that hurt a talented squad.
Having a bench of Saka, Madueke, Eze, Rashford and Watkins and bringing on Konsa, O'Reilly and Burn, the in game management is probably the worst i've seen, shocking
It was over when Tuchel decided to go to a low block, against the guy that spent his whole career destroying low blocks.
