Hello dear and welcome back to another youtube video from the young man, in this video the lovely gentlemen attempts to purchase a wrecked lamborghini porsche ferrari super bmw hyper audi car from the
Two very cool things, first , the fact that you took this on with no experience and second the fact that you did this with your dad!!! I do this as a hobby with a friend who is a professional mechanic with a 12 bay garage. What we do is find a high end car and work it backwards, we closely examine the photos if we cant see the vehicle live and price out all the parts and materials, we know bawed on the vehicle year, make and milage what it should sell for and we have to make a minimum of $10,000 so that then tells us how much we can bid up to and we do not exceed that number. I put up all the money and he contributes all the labor and its a great partnership. We do everything that you did to find the best parts as cheap as possible, most scrap yards have their inventory in a database so you can find anything sometimes you just have to be willing to put the time in. There are two or three in the NY - NJ area that always come through for us and I think thats because of the snow and ice and not because they have so many stolen cars???? You and your dad should be very proud of gettingn it done.
wish i was young again. i know everything this kid doesn't but he has all the energy i haven't. gonna enjoy watching him learn by doing. the best way 💯💯 😃
According to the used car listings on BMW's site, he saved about $10 - $15k and got to spend some quality time with his dad. I'd say that's a win. Would love to see more.
