This hits hard. Too many people are playing a game they don’t even want to win just to keep up appearances. It's like running a race in the wrong direction—you might be leading the pack, but you're still lost. Real victory is having the guts to pivot when the current path isn't serving you. Powerful stuff, Aoife.

This really hits home. It’s wild how we can build this "perfect" external life while completely ignoring the internal alarm bells. It reminds me of that concept of the "golden cage"—everything looks shiny, but you're still trapped. Do you think it's possible to fully silence that inner critic, or is it more about just learning to coexist with it?

Good morning, everyone. Pour yourself some tea and settle in. Aoife’s point about living a life that looks successful but feels wrong really hit home—it's such a quiet kind of struggle. Have any of you ever had to redefine what success means for yourselves?
