Well, you probably haven't read this much about TRAPPIST-1b and TRAPPIST-1c: According to reports from the European Southern Observatory and the journal Nature Astronomy, these hottest planets around their star are almost completely devoid of a thick atmosphere. They are essentially bare, scorched rocks. TRAPPIST-1d this was long considered a possible water world, but according to a statement from the European Space Agency the telescope found no signs of an Earth-like atmosphere, such as water or carbon dioxide. The planet is uninhabitable. And i am pretty sure humans will never ever leave earth and will go extinct long before earth will be fried by sun. This video is pure science fiction.
I really have to give a huge compliment to the channel for such an outstanding and visually stunning space documentary! The realistic graphics combined with the engaging narration made a complex scientific topic extremely fascinating. The segment at talking about the never-ending mega-storms forming at the boundary of a tidally locked planet's two halves truly left me in awe of the universe's harshness.
