Does France 24 have a source on whether this facility actually met current fire safety codes? Those numbers suggest a serious failure in evacuation protocols.

This is such heartbreaking news. My heart goes out to all the children and families affected by this tragedy. I really hope the survivors get all the care and support they need to heal during this incredibly difficult time. Sending so much love and strength to everyone in Algiers.
